Hi friends! One of the projects I have committed myself to this year is putting together a list of spiritual and healing resources that I think others may benefit from. These resources will be a collection of videos, articles, books, and other resources that I have found helpful or inspiring on my own healing journey. As I progress and mature I will continue to add to this list.
My intentions in sharing this list are to support, motivate, and inspire curiosity in those who are interested in healing and self-discovery.
TW: Many of these resources touch on subjects such as abuse, drug use, sexual violence, mental health conditions, and other content that may be triggering.
Sending love and good luck in your healing!
Melissa
